Availability refers to the 24 hours before access and indicates the time required to manage the purchase, to which the couriers delivery time must be added:

• Availability: High, within 2 working days;
• Availability: Low, within 4 work days;
• Availability: Print-on-demand, within 5 work days;
• Availability: On order: The books are ordered from the publisher only upon request.
• Ebooks available as PDF or epub files can be downloaded within 72 hours of the purchase
• The apps can be bought from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Should a book that was listed as available actually not be available, our staff will contact you.

Should some of the purchased books not immediately be available, our staff will contact you in order to discuss the possibility of a partial shipment - the remaining books will be shipped later without additional shipping charges.
